Technical Product Manager
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join a short-term, high-impact project for a leading Belgian provider of high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure. You will lead a critical performance benchmarking initiative, working fully remotely as an embedded member of the clients technical team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical depth with product and stakeholder ownership, and who is comfortable working independently on complex infrastructure-focused initiatives.
About the Project:
The project focuses on validating HPC application performance and GPU-accelerated Windows workloads on production-grade hardware.You will work hands-on with the clients infrastructure, executing performance tests, analyzing results, and translating findings into clear technical and business recommendations.
Duration: 5–6 months
Location: Remote (Poland-based), working with a Belgium-based client
Work model: Fully virtual, embedded in the client team
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HPC application benchmarking across multiple workloads and use cases;
Independently execute performance testing on client hardware infrastructure;
Validate Windows-based GPU workloads for production readiness;
Provision and manage virtual machines at scale for testing scenarios;
Collect, analyze, and document performance metrics and bottlenecks;
Identify optimization opportunities and technical risks;
Collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams;
Align benchmarking priorities with business and technical stakeholders;
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to technical and leadership audiences.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with HPC workloads (e.g. scientific computing, simulations, rendering);
Strong understanding of performance benchmarking methodologies;
Experience with GPU-accelerated workloads (e.g. CUDA, OpenCL, DirectX);
Solid knowledge of Windows Server environments, including VM management and networking;
Ability to work independently and drive work to completion;
Very good English communication skills (written and spoken).
