EDI Integration Engineer

About the Project

We are looking for EDI Integration Engineer (Mid/Senior) who will join a team working on projects from logistics industry. 

Tech stack: internal Data Mapping Tools and language (similar to JavaScript), SQL, Jira/JQL, Confluence, MS Office

Work Mode: remote 

Duration of the project: 1 year (with possibility of extension)

Salary: Mid 120-150 PLN net/h; Senior 160-180 PLN net/h

Job Responsibilities

• Bilateral data mapping between internal data formats (XML) and external messaging standards (EDIFACT, ANSI, XML)

• Technical implementation, maintenance, and documentation, including Jira tickets and Confluence pages

• Analysis of business requirements for EDI connections, including direct communication with internal colleagues across global organization

• Third-level support for incidents within the team’s scope, primarily related to customer connectivity

Expectations

• Min. 3 years of experience working on similar position

• Experience with EDI, including data exchange, message types, message structures, and troubleshooting

• Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn, with the ability to read and apply message implementation guides

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience

• Practical experience with agile software development

• Nice to have: Domain knowledge in international logistics, including involved parties and end-to-end shipping processes
