Location: Cracow or 100% remote

Duties:
• Capture and analyze incoming requests, requirements, and produce agreed artifacts
• Assist customers in understanding and translation of their needs
• Ensure the integrity and availability of appropriate information and data required for the design and onboarding
• Ensure timely delivery of respective documentation
• Support services, enabling a seamless transition from products to services
• Help develop and maintain documentation: standard, procedures, artifacts & templates
Skills:
• Knowledge of ITIL (foundation level as a minimum requirement, Service Design, Service Transition)
• ServiceNow and SharePoint knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Understanding of IT systems and processes
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Effective at building and sustaining relationships across all levels of the organization
• Experience in acting as a point of reference
• Time management, organization and prioritization skills
