Frontend Developer (React / Next.js / Playwright) - Mobility Solutions

About us

We build modern, high-quality web applications for the mobility sector using a clean TypeScript/React/Next.js monorepo. We keep our stack up to date and work with the latest stable versions of Next.js (App Router), React 19+, Tailwind, Playwright, GraphQL, and Storybook for component development and documentation. We also actively integrate AI tools into our daily workflow.

You won’t have to deal with legacy code, outdated patterns, or old dependencies. Our team (8-10 people) maintains high standards through regular code reviews, 1:1 mentoring, and continuous refactoring and experimentation with new tools and practices.

The frontend team is based in Poland, while the rest of the product team is in Sweden -so you’ll work closely with a local FE team while collaborating across the wider organisation.

We’re looking for a proactive frontend developer with hands-on experience in React, who is comfortable writing tests (including E2E), and can work independently in a modern stack -while continuing to grow in a supportive, high-standard environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Build new features and complex UI components using React / TypeScript / Next.js (App Router)• Develop and improve components within our shared design system (Tailwind + Radix / shadcn/ui), with documentation in Storybook• Write and maintain E2E tests in Playwright (an important part of the role)• Write unit and integration tests (Vitest + React Testing Library)• Work with REST / GraphQL APIs, debug issues across the stack, and participate in code reviews• Use AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, etc.) to speed up development and improve code quality

Must-have requirements

• Solid JavaScript / TypeScript skills -you write clean, type-safe code• Practical experience with React (commercial or strong personal projects)• Good understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design• Experience working with REST and/or GraphQL APIs• Experience writing unit tests (e.g. Vitest / Jest + React Testing Library)• Some hands-on experience with E2E testing (Playwright or similar tools like Cypress)• Comfortable working with Git (branches, PRs, rebasing, code reviews)• Communicative English (written and spoken)• Ability to deliver working features independently

Nice-to-have (not required, but a plus)

• Experience with Next.js App Router in real-world projects• Monorepo experience (Turborepo, Yarn workspaces, etc.)• Familiarity with TanStack Router, react-hook-form, Auth0, or i18n solutions• Experience working with design systems or component libraries (Radix, shadcn/ui, Headless UI)• Storybook experience• Exposure to AI-assisted coding in real workflows
