Fullstack Engineer .Net React

Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET + React) 

B2B | 6 days per month from Kraków office 

We have a unique opportunity for you to join  team, which delivers metrics and analytical products that drive DevOps transformation across the bank.

We provide key performance measures for engineering teams worldwide, along with critical insights that leadership relies on to shape and execute strategic initiatives. As we continue to evolve, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET + React) to join us in the next stage of our journey.

🚀 Responsibilities

• Participate in software architecture design

• Lead UI changes and improvements to enhance UX and application stability

• Implement solutions following best design patterns

• Analyze requirements to fully understand solutions and recommend improvements

• Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation

• Develop prototypes to validate concepts and designs

• Manage changes across the Service Management lifecycle

• Actively contribute to automation and continuous improvement of Service Management processes

• Provide high-quality customer support by resolving issues promptly

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions

🛠 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in .NET application development, including frontend (preferably React)

• Strong expertise in C# and Web API development

• Proven ability to build scalable, secure, and efficient backend services

• Hands-on experience with React, building dynamic and high-performance web applications

• Strong database design skills and experience with SQL Server (advanced T-SQL, optimization, performance tuning)

• Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD)

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and responsive UI development

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
