Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to help design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. Using Django/Python as your primary framework, you will create elegant solutions that push the boundaries of functionality and user experience. You’ll be responsible for writing clean, test-driven code while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features that are reliable, secure, and future-ready. This is more than just a coding role, you’ll be part of a mission to shape innovative products that make a tangible impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using Django/Python and Vue.

• Build intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. Design and optimize databases for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Implement robust testing practices (unit, integration, and end-to-end).

• Ensure adherence to best practices in security, performance, and code quality.

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews.

• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and deployment pipelines.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

• Expertise in Django and Python.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework, preferably Vue

• (React, Vue.js, or Angular).

• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., pytest, Selenium).

• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and security best practices.

• Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.

• Cloud experience (AWS).

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and resolving production-level challenges.

• Experience working in the manufacturing industry

• Knowledge of CI/CD best practices.
