What You'll Be Working On

AI-powered applications - Building apps that integrate with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)

Startup/scale-up solutions - Fast-moving projects with evolving requirements

API development and integration - RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, third-party service integrations

Distributed systems - Microservices architecture, auto-scaling applications

Real-time applications - Chat systems, WebSocket implementations

Cloud-native solutions - Containerized applications with Docker/Kubernetes

Frontend interfaces - React-based admin panels, backoffice applications

Authentication & Authorization - OAuth 2.0, JWT, Auth0 implementations

Database design - PostgreSQL schemas, Redis caching strategies

Required Skills & Experience

AI & Development Tools

AI-assisted development - Proficient with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI coding assistants

Critical AI evaluation - Ability to review and validate AI-generated code

AI-enhanced debugging - Using AI for troubleshooting while maintaining analytical thinking

Prompt engineering - Effective communication with AI tools for development tasks

Backend (Stronger Focus)

4+ years of professional JavaScript/TypeScript experience

Strong Node.js expertise - Express.js, middleware, async programming

Nest.js proficiency - decorators, modules, dependency injection, guards

Database experience - PostgreSQL (primary), Redis for caching, basic MongoDB knowledge

API development - RESTful services,, API documentation

Authentication - JWT, OAuth 2.0, session management

Testing - Unit testing with Jest/Vitest/Mocha, integration testing

Frontend (Supporting Skills)

React.js proficiency - Hooks, state management, component lifecycle

Modern JavaScript - ES6+, async/await, module systems

Build tools - Vite, Webpack, or similar bundlers

DevOps & Tools
