We’re looking for a Infrastructure & Systems Engineer (AWS, CI/CD, Automation) with hands-on, commercial experience in managing production systems. Someone who’s not just passionate about technology but knows how to deliver reliable, high-availability infrastructure in real-world conditions. You’ll be working with 24/7 systems (mainly in AWS), supporting automation, monitoring, and building scalable environments. You’ll also collaborate with experienced teams and take ownership of end-to-end solutions.
Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining production systems for our clients – primarily in AWS, but also in traditional on-prem environments.
Automating daily operations and system administration tasks.
Monitoring, analyzing, and improving performance, availability, and scalability.
Troubleshooting complex incidents as part of 2nd/3rd line support for 24/7 environments.
Supporting development teams in CI/CD pipelines and secure deployments.
Participating in architecture design and building new services from the ground up.
Creating and maintaining accurate technical documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on commercial experience in system administration (Linux or Windows Server, Windows 365).
Hands-on experience with AWS – not just knowledge, but usage in production.
Proven experience in maintaining high-availability systems with strict SLA requirements.
Scripting skills (Python or Bash) used in real projects.
At least 1 year of practical experience managing relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL).
Comfortable working in English (both written and spoken) – our clients are international.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with video streaming/distribution workflows (OTT).
Experience with high-traffic, public-facing systems.
Knowledge of containerization (especially Kubernetes).
Background in networking and security.
Experience with Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence).
Practical use of monitoring and observability tools.
Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
A degree in computer science or another technical field
