Senior level consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics application with focus on business modeling and solutions implementation

Candidate should have at least 8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Customer Service implementation experience and have participated in a minimum of 3 complete life cycle implementations. Should have knowledge of case lifecycle & management, SLA, security roles. Knowledge of Unified routing preferred.

Good understanding of existing Microsoft ALM stack and experience using it

Ability to use VSTS/TFS as a consulting task tracking tool

Complete understanding and following Process-driven implementation approach
