Role: End-user Desk-side Support
Location: Enschede, Netherlands
Duration: Contract
Job Description:
Pre-Task planning
- Teams, Team Rooms, Team Phones or any other equivalent Collaboration tools
- Patch Management Server (SSM / SCCM
- Endpoint Patch Management system (Intune)
- Print Servers
- Specialty printers like label printers, barcode printers etc.
- LAN across all the locations
- Physical Network with LAN switches
- Wifi Network (across Office locations and plant locations)
- Administration of Collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex etc.
- Video Conference Systems administration
- IP Telephone like Team Phones
