Are you passionate about delivering digital transformation at scale? We’re looking for an experienced D365 Functional Consultant to play a key role in one of the largest global CRM implementations, spanning over 60 countries. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, lead workshops, drive solution design, and help optimize how Global Banking & Commercial Banking interact with customers — all through the power of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

🔍 What You’ll Do

1. Lead functional design and implementation of Dynamics 365 to meet complex business needs
2. Translate business requirements into functional designs using best practices
3. Collaborate across global teams to understand business processes and drive improvements
4. Configure and customize Dynamics applications
5. Conduct UAT sessions, training, and go-live support
6. Utilize Microsoft technology stack including Power Platform, Azure DevOps (VSTS), PowerApps
7. Contribute to solution documentation, client workshops, and practice enhancements

✅ What We’re Looking For

1. 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales implementation
2. End-to-end experience on at least 3 full lifecycle implementations
3. Strong command of Microsoft ALM stack (Azure DevOps/VSTS, PowerApps, etc.)
4. Proven expertise in business process modeling and re-engineering
5. Strong workshop facilitation, client-facing, and training delivery skills
6. Ability to conduct acceptance testing and provide professional-level support
7. Experience working independently and collaboratively in high-paced environments
8. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
9. Microsoft Dynamics certification(s) strongly preferred
