Job Description:
Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists and Tester Team (Leads)
Analyzing business scenarios and processes that may be solved by implementation of a global system and/or modifications to business processes in order to cover the customer needs
Assessing customer scope and requirements against an existing global template assumptions and best practices
Providing consultancy in evaluation, development, and deployment of systems and/or related processes
Foster business and label layout harmonization across systems, sites and departments
Being accountable for documentation, which may include, but is not limited to:

Functional and/or technical specifications

Process flow diagrams

Epics, Features, User Stories and Tasks

Training documentation and/or work instructions

Documents supporting Computer System Validation

Other technical documentation and SOPs (if needed)

Managing communications and work session plans with multiple business units/projects as well as with internal IT cross-functional teams

Demonstrates knowledge of current GxP requirements and documentation standards, with the ability to write validation documentation.

Demonstrates proficiency in generation validation documents like Specifications

Coordinate customers SAT and UAT planning and execution with testers

Demonstrates proficiency in gSuite

Demonstrates basic knowledge of SAP and MES systems and the interfacing thereof

Demonstrates ability to explain complex concepts with clarity and simplicity

Demonstrates ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy

Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Mandatory Skills:
-
At least 3-years of experience in business analysis
-
Experience in CSV and GxP compliant environment, ideally Life Science industry
-
Experience in label management is an advantage

Understanding SAFe delivery path and Agile practices
-
Proven ability for superior communication skills, expectation management and stakeholder management

Experience working in a global, virtual team in a complex matrix organization / Cultural awareness.

Ability to reflect on own work and oriented towards improving the team’s way of working and process optimization

Fluent in English B2/C1 Level (German or Polish is an advantage)

Hands-on experience with Retina or JIRA (Backlog)

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Knowledge Management)

PSPO and / or SAFe Certification is an advantage (will be mandatory after joining).
