🎯 Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations for a global workforce solutions company, supporting and managing IT applications for one of their European country branches
• Oversee and guide the Operate team, handling L1, L2, and L3 tickets, ensuring timely resolution and quality delivery
• Act as the primary contact for customer interactions, delivering weekly and monthly status reports
• Communicate effectively with business users in Polish; strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Demonstrate strong team leadership and people management capabilities to coordinate local and distributed teams
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure smooth collaboration across departments
• Leverage deep understanding of ITIL processes to drive structured service management and continuous improvement
• Contribute to and lead Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) initiatives
• Apply solid technical knowledge of Java, J2EE, and Oracle in a support and troubleshooting context
• Responsible for WSR (Weekly Status Report) and MSR (Monthly Status Report) preparation and submission
• Handle risk management processes and effectively manage issue escalation and resolution
