Senior Fullstack Developer

Required to be available 2-3 per week until 9:00 PM for meetings with the US team.

We are looking for Senior Fullstack Developer for our customer which is an online marketplace connecting people who want to rent out their homes with people looking for accommodations in specific locales. Together with them, we are building a world-class payments platform that moves billions of dollars, in 191 countries, with 75 currencies, through a complex ecosystem of payments partners. They are also reinventing how to serve users to improve performance, scalability and extensibility.

As a senior web engineer joining our Knowledge Graph team, you will play an important role in building tooling and web applications to enhance our knowledge graph infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in web and full stack development, paired with experience in dynamic, tech-driven environments.

Responsibilities:

● Design & Development: Build and maintain robust, high-performance web applications using frameworks and languages such as Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

● Custom Applications: Develop and support custom applications, tailoring functionality to meet the unique needs of our teams.

● User-centered Solutions: Implement custom features and integrations to deliver a seamless and user-friendly experience.

● Agile Execution: Contribute to project planning, prioritization, and delivery in an agile development environment.

● Project Tracking: Use tools like Asana, Jira to monitor progress, manage tasks, and meet deliverables efficiently.

● Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.

● Shared Libraries: Enrich our shared code libraries and contribute to the development of internal tools.

● Collaboration: Work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

And if you possess...

● Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in web application development.

● Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS

● Hands-on experience with end-to-end development, including backend engineering in Python, Java, and other popular web frameworks.

● Demonstrated ability to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces.

● Familiarity with command-line tools, Git for version control, and project management software like Jira or Asana.

● Strong commitment to maintaining high-quality code and leveraging best practices.
