Lead Java Developer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor backend developers

• Oversee system architecture and code quality

• Coordinate with product and DevOps teams

• Drive technical decisions and roadmap

• Ensure delivery of scalable and maintainable solutions

• Participate in on-call duties (12h or 24h shifts), approx. 3–4 times per month

Job requirements:

• 10+ years of backend experience

• Expertise in Java, Kotlin, and frameworks like Spring Boot

• Proven leadership in agile environments

• Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure

Must possess a legal work permit in Poland
