Lead Full stack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Define architecture and ensure code quality

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Mentor team members and support career growth

• Align technical solutions with business goals

• Participate in on-call duties, additionally paid

Job requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in full stack development

• Strong skills in Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot) and React.js

• Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms, and microservices

• Leadership experience in international projects

Must possess a legal work permit in Poland
