Job description

Hey! Nice to see you!

At Incubly, we believe that great people want to work with great people, so we started building a company that would attract great minds and allow us to achieve everything without feeling like we're just working, but rather having fun. Our mission is to mainly support tech companies and startups (scaleups) in fast, high-quality scaling up of their teams and boosting their product development, testing, and deployment so that we can succeed together.

We are currently working with a French company which is a leader in security and infrastructure solutions for cryptocurrencies and blockchain applications. It has a team of more than 400 professionals developing a variety of products and services to safeguard cryptocurrency assets, including worldwide leading hardware wallets.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will join a dynamic team focused on driving cross-functional RUN Excellence initiatives that enhance service reliability, observability, scalability, and operational readiness. You will play a pivotal role in leading technical projects end-to-end—from defining problems to delivering measurable outcomes—ensuring clear alignment and effective collaboration across Engineering, Infrastructure, Managed Services, and Product teams.

Your daily responsibilities

  • RUN Excellence Execution: Lead technical delivery of RUN Excellence initiatives, translating requirements into actionable workstreams and defining execution paths even under uncertainty or blockers. Focus areas include monitoring, testing, disaster recovery, runbooks, on-call readiness, and third-party SLA oversight.

  • Cross-Team Technical Leadership: Coordinate across Engineering, Delivery, and Infrastructure teams, aligning managers on scope, priorities, ownership, and dependencies. Ensure engineering teams are actively engaged, not treated as “Ops-only.”

  • Monitoring & Observability: Drive improvements in functional and non-functional monitoring, define business-relevant requirements, and ensure third-party SLA monitoring.

  • Blocker Resolution & Technical Investigation: Identify and resolve technical or cross-team blockers, lead investigations, and enable progress while respecting Engineering ownership.

  • Incident & Reliability Improvement: Partner with SQM teams to translate incident learnings into technical improvements, prioritize initiatives, and track execution of action plans.

  • Governance & Reporting: Provide structured technical updates, report risks and dependencies, and contribute to measurable KPIs such as monitoring coverage, on-call readiness, incident reduction, and SLA achievement.

We need you to have

  • Technical Background: Solid experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), production systems, and on-call environments. Familiarity with backend services, APIs, and blockchain or high-throughput transactional systems is a plus. Strong understanding of monitoring & observability, incident management, scalability, resilience, and disaster recovery patterns.

  • Project Management & Delivery: 5+ years in technical project management, engineering, or SRE-like roles. Proven ability to drive cross-team initiatives without direct authority, structure ambiguous problems, define milestones, and track measurable outcomes. Comfortable with evolving scope and partial information.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to constructively challenge teams. Pragmatic, execution-focused, and credible technical partner for senior engineers and managers.

Our offer

In addition to great company and challenging projects, we can offer:

  • Agile and friendly atmosphere, non-violent communication and full respect for diversity

  • Possibility to choose from onsite (in Lodz, Poland) or hybrid work (2-3 days a month in our office in Łódź city centre)

  • This role requires periodic travel to Paris  (at least once per quarter) for onsite meetings

  • B2B or Employment Contract - you choose

  • Renumeration on B2B contract: 1.000-1.200 PLN net/day

  • Renumeration on Employment Agreement: 16.000 - 18.000  PLN gross per month
