    💼 Position Overview

    We're seeking an experienced Senior Remote Support Engineer to join our team as an independent contractor (B2B). In this role, you'll be the escalation point for complex issues, lead problem resolution efforts, contribute to design planning, and provide high-level support to our diverse commercial client base. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of service quality and driving technical solutions.


    📋 Key Details

    • 📑 Contract Type: B2B (Independent Contractor)
    • 🌍 Location: Remote (work from anywhere in Poland)
    • 🕰️ Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (2 PM to 11 PM Central European Time), including a 1-hour break


    🔧 Key Responsibilities

    1. 🆘 Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues
    2. 🧠 Lead problem resolution efforts for challenging software, hardware, and network problems
    3. 🏗️ Contribute to IT infrastructure design planning and implementation for clients
    4. 💻 Provide advanced technical support for commercial client networks
    5. 🔄 Manage and optimize client systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices
    6. ☁️ Implement and support cloud solutions, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure
    7. 📈 Design and improve processes for 24/7/365 monitoring and maintenance of client networks
    8. 🔒 Conduct and contribute to security audits and implement cybersecurity best practices
    9. 📝 Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
    10. 🔬 Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and security challenges


    📚 Requirements

    • 🎓 10+ years of experience in IT support or system administration for commercial clients
    • 🏆 Proven track record in resolving complex IT issues and leading technical projects
    • 🖥️ Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy
    • 📊 Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and Azure
    • 🌐 Solid understanding of networking concepts and security practices
    • 🛠️ Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
    • 🐚 Strong scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation
    • 🧩 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • 🗣️ Native-level English proficiency (both written and verbal)
    • 🚀 Self-motivated with ability to work independently
    • 🏢 Experience in MSP environment is a plus
