🎯Role: In this role, you'll drive the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to execution—while ensuring strong product-market fit and delivering meaningful value to our users.

📍 Work location: Poland, remote

👨‍💼Reports to: Director of Product Management

What will your daily tasks look like?

📌 Own the product, its roadmap, and lead the prioritization process of the feature backlog

📌 Collaborate with the Product team to articulate the vision and value proposition of our products.

📌 Conduct market research and discovery to translate vision into actionable features that solve real customer problems.

📌 Work closely with Customer Success, Support, Design, Engineering teams, as well as customers and partners to capture insights and new ideas.

📌 Balance priorities between new features, technical improvements, and platform stability.

📌 Act as a product owner within SCRUM, guiding Engineering throughout development and releases.

📌 Gather feedback from stakeholders, becoming the internal and external voice of the product.

📌 Support Product Marketing in defining messaging and communicating the product’s value.

📌 Stay informed about competitor activities and current market trends.

We are looking for:

✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in product management within a software marketing company, in software houses, product companies, developing their own products.

✅ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

✅ Excellent English skills (written and spoken).

✅ Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.

✅ Experience in Content Management, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, or Martech is a plus.

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.

✅ Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (development, marketing, customer support, etc.).
