We offer a choice of employment form on both B2B and Employment Contract 

• B2B: 130 - 145 PLN net/hour + VAT

Join our client’s team shaping the EDP (Electronic Data Processing) Platform — an internal cloud-native solution that empowers software product teams across the energy sector. The platform accelerates digital innovation by offering self-service capabilities to build, run, and operate software products across both private and select public clouds.

You’ll be part of the DevOps team, which provides essential tools and infrastructure for developers to work faster, smarter, and with less friction. These tools cover collaboration (Jira/Confluence), CI/CD pipelines, security, compliance, and developer portals.

Quality Assurance (QA) plays a critical role in the DevOps team — ensuring that the entire tooling ecosystem is robust, scalable, and production-ready.

💡Your key responsibilities will include:             

• Overseeing meticulous testing of critical DevOps Team components including Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Git SCM, CI runners, and Terraform.
• Spearhead test planning processes, manage execution intricacies, design sophisticated testing protocols, and balance manual and automated testing approaches. This ensures adaptable response to the diversity and complexity of DevOps products.
• Orchestration of regression testing to maintain robust system functionality and authorize final QA approvals for component release
• Development and delivery of comprehensive QA reports, offering detailed insights into testing progress, methodologies, and outcomes
• Consulting on architectural decisions for test tooling (Testkube, Testrail, tofu-tests). Influencing the overall test strategy as part of the DevOps Team Architecture Board.
• Evaluate and implement testing tools and practices that align with team’s principles.

Requirements:

• senior level professional with demonstrated expertise in test design and automation, along with hands-on experience in API testing, and testing of Git SCM, CI runners, Terraform and registry.
• Fluency in English and German (B2 or higher in both).
• Skilled in manual and automated testing of web apps and APIs
• Experience with Kubernetes-native testing using Testkube or similar tools
• Extensive experience in testing and automation for large-scale projects
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation, to enhance testing efficiency
• Proven ability to establish and refine QA processes
• Deep understanding of GitOps mechanisms
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Berlin for client visits

Nice to have:

Experience with backstage.io as well as the Atlassian tools Confluence and Jira

Experience with Python and PyTest

Experience with TestRail

Familiarity with public clouds like GCP
