We are looking for a Data Architect to join our client's project in the debt collection industry. You will design, evolve, and govern modern data platforms that span cloud and on-premises environments, multiple data domains, and diverse business use cases.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, governance, and business, helping teams build scalable, compliant, and business-ready data solutions across the enterprise.

You might be the perfect match if you possess the following competencies:

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, and Apache Spark.

• Solid understanding of Azure data services and modern cloud data architectures.

• Experience with data governance, data quality, and enterprise data standards.

• Hands-on experience with dbt for transformations and analytics engineering.

• Experience working with hybrid data environments (cloud + on-prem).

• Familiarity with CI/CD and Azure DevOps in data platform contexts.

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Proven experience mentoring or guiding team members.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Location in Poland or other EU country

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP BO, QlikView, or other enterprise BI platforms.

• Experience leading or contributing to platform migrations.

• Background in Finance, Financial Services & Insurance (FS&I), or other regulated industries.

• Exposure to ML lifecycle management and production ML platforms.
