📝  We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer – SAP CPI to join a long-term project for a well-known global automotive brand. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the client’s integration landscape, leading the design and development of SAP CPI solutions that connect SAP systems with cloud and on-premises platforms. You’ll supervise ABAP & CPI developers, shape integration architecture, ensure seamless communication between systems, and support production operations. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with a strong focus on reliability, performance, code quality, and guiding the team through best practices.

• B2B: 40–56  EUR net/hour

✅  You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field;

• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing integration flows using SAP CPI;

• Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, Groovy, OData, REST;

• Hands-on experience with CPI security, monitoring, and error-handling;

• Experience developing inbound/outbound interfaces across cloud and on-prem SAP environments;

• Ability to design reusable iFlows, define custom and standard iFlows, and manage exception handling;

• Proficiency with SAP CPI adapters: SFSF, ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, REST, API;

• Experience with value mapping tables and applying them within iFlows;

• Strong background in integrating with SAP Cloud Commerce and handling high-volume transactions;

• Experience supervising development teams and ensuring code quality standards;

• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with architects and integration teams.
