Job description

Key Objectives

·       To work as a Consultant on S4HANA Transformation programs

·       Design and delivery implementation of S4 HANA based Finance tax solutions.

·       Work effectively in mixed client and consultancy teams.

·       SAP S4 HANA Finance tax Solutions delivery

·       Demonstrates excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing

·       Ability to work under tight time pressures

·       Follows the plan, guidance and targets set by Team lead and Project management

·       Can contribute to a mixed workshop process

·       Good knowledge of business requirements and solutions in their focus area

·       Good technical appreciation – including key SAP Finance TLS functionality and technology.

·       Contributes in design workshops within the area of expertise

·       Able to effectively work within a team of consultants.

·       Understands delivery within a fixed price model and able to operate effectively within those constraints.

·       Takes ownership of delivery of sub-plans for specific processes

·       Able to take an issue and deliver a solution effectively with little guidance.

·       Identifies and escalates issues and risks within project structure.

·       Can build strong relationships with other consultants within the project.

·       Have a good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required

·       Very good experience in the design and build of Tax-related processes in SAP for countries like Italy, Poland, Spain, Greece, Turkey, East European countries (Key requirement-1)

·       Very good experience in the design and build of CTC (e-invoicing) processes for the same countries (Key requirement-2)

·       Good SAP implementation experience using integrated financials, GL, AR, AP, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Overhead Cost Controlling, Profit Centre Accounting.

·       Can support data migration activities from a functional validation point of view

·       Good industry background providing finance solutions

·       Good experience of SAP Finance - with minimum 2 project lifecycles.

·       At least 1 S/4HANA implementation (Transformation) project

·       Is able to work with SAP Fiori

·       Good client facing Consulting experience
