Permanent position

Salary: 330K PLN per annum / 65K Euro per annum.

The position

We are looking for a highly motivated individual for the position of Platform Architect to join the Rapid Application Development product team.

The Rapid Application Development (RAD) product makes OutSystems available as an enterprise platform for use within Roche. The OutSystems technology gives developers the ability to build complete software solutions quickly and visually. The RAD product enriches the underlying technology to make OutSystems a compelling application development platform option within Roche. The RAD product team configures and supports the infrastructure, creates common modules which address cross-cutting enterprise use cases, and builds applications to facilitate access to the platform. The product team also determines and enforces guardrails for application teams and socializes best practices.

Your responsibilities include:

Designing global platforms according to enterprise standards

Architecture review of currently existing solutions to ensure continuous improvement

Research, evaluation, proof of concepts and adoption of new technologies

Designing non-functional requirements and implementation review to identify gaps between design and code

Developing architectural strategy and roadmaps

Seeking opportunities to create additional value and improve business processes

Experience in architecting, building, maintaining, and operating enterprise-grade systems/applications

We need a passionate person who has:

5+ years of hands-on experience with OutSystems development.

7+ years of relevant experience (software development, integration, architecture design)

3+ years of hands-on experience in the following areas/technologies:

Platforms design

Web application security; vulnerability and penetration testing; web application firewalls; secret management tools; encryption

DevSecOps tools and methodologies

Integrations using REST APIs and middleware, such as MuleSoft; API testing and investigation tools, such as Postman

Experience working in agile teams (e.g. SAFe/Scrum)

Experience operating in regulated environments is a plus

Experience with modern architecture practices, including the effective use of quality attributes and architecture decision records

Strong collaboration and influencing skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire

Analytical, logical problem-resolution skills

Experience in working in a multicultural and international environment

Advanced English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills
