Key responsibilities

One Identity support role proactive and detail-oriented One Identity Manager Support Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This role is critical in supporting and maintaining our 1IM platform, ensuring secure and compliant access to critical systems and data.Technology hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (v8.x preferred).Deep understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, SoD, Active Directory, LDAP, compliance frameworks, and access governance.Proficiency in SQL Server and PowerShell scripting.Familiarity with ITIL processes (especially Incident, Problem, and Change Management).Familiarity with ServiceNow, Splunk, or other monitoring logging tools. Exposure to DevOps practices, cloud-native IAM solutions(Ex Azure, AWS)Experience in financial or regulated environments is a plus.Strong communication and analytical skills.Responsibility Monitor and manage synchronization projects, job queues, and workflow executions within 1IM.Troubleshoot issues related to user lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and entitlement provisioning.Provide Level 2 support for One Identity Manager, including incident resolution, service requests, and root cause analysis.Act as the technical escalation point for complex incidents and problems related to 1IM.Collaborate with internal teams (Security, Infrastructure, Application Support) to ensure seamless integration and compliance.Assist in patching, upgrades, and configuration changes in the 1IM environment.Maintain and update technical documentation, including SOPs and knowledge base articles.Participate in audit support, access reviews, and compliance reporting.Proficiency in SQL Server and PowerShell scriptingStrong hands-on experience of various OneIM tools (Web Designer, Designer, Object Browser, Job Queue, Sync Editor, Schema Extension, Transporter, Report Editor, Manager, Data Importer, etc.)Strong understanding of lifecycle management and its plus to have accomplished at least one lifecycle management.
