Job description

We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to help manage, maintain, and secure our IT systems and infrastructure. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our technology running smoothly and efficiently while providing top-notch support to our teams.


Your Impact Zone:

You’ll oversee our IT systems, including network infrastructure, security, and cloud-based resources like Microsoft 365.

You’ll provide direct technical support, manage user accounts and permissions, and troubleshoot IT issues.

You’ll also ensure that all IT resources and services align with our company’s needs and security standards.


Your Responsibilities:

•Maintain and manage cloud-based resources, especially Microsoft 365, ensuring optimal performance and security.

•Handle user account creation, modification, and deletion, configuring permissions in Microsoft 365 and related systems.

•Provide timely, hands-on IT support to address and resolve technical issues.

•Manage IT resources for onboarding new employees and offboarding departing employees, ensuring smooth transitions.

•Oversee security protocols for users, including multi-factor authentication, password policies, and access control across platforms.

•Manage IT equipment distribution, maintenance, and inventory to ensure all hardware is functional and accounted for.

•Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

•Maintain thorough records of user accounts, permissions, hardware assets, and security protocols.


About You:

You have a solid background in IT support, with expertise in managing cloud environments, user accounts, and network security. You are a problem solver who is passionate about technology and eager to help others. If you have experience with Microsoft 365 and are excited about contributing to a fast-paced, innovative environment, you will thrive in this role.


Your Skills & Experience:

•Experience in IT support or a similar role.

•Proficiency in administering Windows environments and troubleshooting within these systems.

•Strong experience managing Microsoft (Office) 365 services, including account management, permission settings, and troubleshooting.

•Hands-on experience with Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for managing and securing user access.

•In-depth understanding of user account management, security protocols, and permission configurations.

•Strong knowledge of IT asset management, including hardware distribution, maintenance, and inventory.

•Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

•Strong communication skills to assist users of various technical backgrounds.

•Ability to maintain security standards and handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
