We are growing in the area of service management and currently we’re looking for a great individual to join us as a Data Engineer with Azure.

📝 You will be responsible for: 

• Maintenance of CRM DB in MS SQL

• Handling service requests and requests for change in CRM DB

• Investigating and resolving issues with CRM DB and Application

• Classifying, investigating and resolving issues on Azure Platform

• Constant cooperation with Azure DevOps Team (L3)

• Taking ownership of customers inquiries

• Ensuring that all internal and external customer interactions are handled professionally and with the highest level of service

• Automating simple and recurring tasks

• Deployment of new solutions using CI/CD tools

• Monitoring of platform and infrastructure

👉 What you will need: 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and documentation skills

• Familiarity with DB management and ETL

• Good knowledge of SQL

• Practical knowledge of Azure platform and tools

• Understanding of ITIL fundamentals and processes

• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow)

• Proactive approach and strong analytical skills

• Service-oriented attitude, patience, thoroughness and good attention to detail

• Responsibility for entrusted tasks

• Excellent command of English

💡 Nice to have:

• Experience with customer support

• Knowledge of monitoring and orchestration tools

• Understanding of CI/CD tools

• Experience with automation tools
