The role
Reporting to the Director or Vice President of Fulfillment Technology, this hands-on position will oversee/manage our International Operating Cluster WMS Support and Service organization. This group services our International Operations Fulfillment Network, owning the WMS production support function for our strategic WMS application Infios (Koerber/HighJump) Warehouse Advantage- platform, as well as a legacy product from Dematic that we are transitioning. It also partners with WMS design and software development resources to drive the Product QC testing function, and has an active voice in WMS product development strategy. This organization is also critical in helping launch new fulfillment/manufacturing sites and product enhancement rollouts/activations.
Travel to other facilities within the network is expected to be 20%.

What you’ll do
Manage, develop and mentor a team of WMS dedicated analysts and senior analysts seated in Global fulfillment centers and office locations within multiple time zones
Troubleshoot technical issues in 24/7 production environment
Lead and drive any issue escalation efforts with respective team members and department & operations leadership
Work with 3rd party software/ service providers for escalated support needs as applicable
Partner with WMS design lead engineers to leverage the WMS analyst network to support Unit and QC testing efforts,
Help rollout new implementations of the product, as well as new release activations/validations
Coordinate and partner with other WMS colleagues within both the Global and North America operating units in troubleshooting or managing changes to WMS integrations to other platforms
Represent WMS team area as needed with any cross-functional initiatives, working with colleagues in operations, automation, procurement, or upstream enterprise technology
Understand all available WMS team reporting tools and create reports that enable improved operation visibility and performance
Own the deployment, support and service coordination for associated hardware devices like RF scanners, tablets and workstations
Coordinate with regional infrastructure managers to help support local network services as needed
What you’ll bring
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize in fast-paced environments, and maintain strong attention to detail
Experience leading technical analysts/employees in support or services functions, with a focus on mentoring and team development
Strong supply chain operational knowledge combined with technical aptitude, especially in WMS-driven environments
Data-driven mindset with solid analytics capability, including SQL proficiency and advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
Effective communicator who collaborates well across teams and motivates stakeholders at all organizational levels
5+ years supporting RF-based WMS operations (distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce); experience with HighJump/Körber ONE or Dematic Matflo preferred
Experience planning, managing, and documenting software testing initiatives, plus creating custom reports from operational data
Relevant degree (Supply Chain, CS, MIS, Engineering) or equivalent experience; flexibility for travel and occasional off-hours support in 24/7 operations
