This role is part of the Digital & Technology department of HEINEKEN International and specifically part of the D&T Finance organisation. The Technology Specialist SAC – BI Consultant is part of the Finance BI team and is one of the professionals who do the work of delivering a potentially releasable increment of the product at the end of each sprint. Teams within D&T Finance are structured and empowered by the organization to organize and manage their own work. The resulting synergy optimizes the Team’s overall efficiency and effectiveness. The Technology Specialist SAC – BI Consultant supports Product Owners and customers in translating architecture and requirements into functional BI solutions and participates in the technical development of the product. Close collaboration with Finance teams, incl. HGSS Operations and OpCo’s is required to design, build and oversight initiatives in the BI area.

Your responsibilities would include:

• providing technical leadership of SAP Analytics Cloud developers (nearshore and offshore) to assure technical quality and overall standards are metmanaging technical implementation, performance improvements and optimizations of SAP Analytics cloud Analytic Applications, that are based on BW4HANA live data models

• collaborating closely with SAP BW development team to ensure that data models and BEx queries are built in the right manner for SAC consumption and needs (including self-service)

• resolving and managing SAC related incidents for live reports

• managing SAC upgrade/patch activities, including system preparations and regression test

• taking care of SAC platform housekeeping activities

• monitoring performance for live reports

• handling access related issues in production and day-to-day support for OPCO users

You are a good candidate if:

• you provide technical leadership of SAP Analytics Cloud developers (nearshore and offshore) to assure technical quality and overall standards are met

• you manage technical implementation, performance improvements and optimizations of SAP Analytics cloud Analytic Applications, that are based on BW4HANA live data models

• you collaborate closely with SAP BW development team to ensure that data models and BEx queries are built in the right manner for SAC consumption and needs (including self-service)

• you resolve and manages SAC related incidents for live reports

• you manage SAC upgrade/patch activities, including system preparations and regression test

• you take care of SAC platform housekeeping activities

• you monitor performance for live reportsyou handle access related issues in production and day-to-day support for OPCO users

• you collaborate closely with SAP Analytics product development team aiming to ensure the latest SAP analytics Cloud features work according to expectations (test them on the preview tenant with a FastTrack upgrade schedule) and make sure that they are released on production tenant in agreed timeframe

• you have administration/ownership of SAP Analytics Cloud tenants, including custom configuration, definition of security/authorization matrix, connections, authentications,

• you provide technical training to SAP Analytics Cloud super users · Collaborates with the BI Architects on the solution design to ensure it conforms to overall architectural vision and technical roadmap · works with the Product Owner and BI Architect to understand, elicit, analyse, document and communicate BI solution requirements

• you participate in the selection of new technologies to accommodate BI solution needs

• you identitify potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposes how to resolve these 

• you deliver working product enhancements with the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire a zero-defect culture

• you understand business requirements and acceptance criteria in the form of user stories, assess the complexity of these and translate into implementable solutions and configurations

• you demonstrate product features during sprint reviews to stakeholders

• you are a self-organized expert, who can work under minimal to no supervision to deliver results along with her/his business counterparts and stakeholders.
