Job description

DevAbundance is partnering with an international institution to recruit an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Expert. This role is remote and it offers a start date as soon as the recruitment process is complete.


Monthly B2B salary: 28,000 - 34,500 PLN net.


About the Role:


As an SAP SuccessFactors Expert, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and developing SuccessFactors modules while ensuring high-quality HR processes and smooth system operations. You’ll work closely with HR and business teams, configure and test system solutions, and provide both user support and mentorship. Additionally, you’ll participate in development and migration projects, driving system implementations according to the SAP Activate methodology.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and develop the SAP SuccessFactors system, particularly the modules: Performance & Goals, Compensation, Variable Pay

  • Analyze business needs and advise on possible system configurations and improvements in SuccessFactors

  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions

  • Configure the system and perform testing of solutions

  • Monitor application performance, resolve issues, and provide user support

  • Participate in development and migration projects within SuccessFactors/HCM

  • Mentor and train users and implementation teams

  • Lead implementations according to the SAP Activate methodology


Candidate Profile:


  • Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors architecture and inter-module dependencies

  • Expert knowledge of EC, Compensation/Variable Pay, and PMGM modules

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with SAP SuccessFactors

  • Practical experience in configuring and administering Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Variable Pay modules

  • Experience collaborating with business users

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand HR processes and reflect them in the system

  • Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into system architecture

  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical solutions into business language

  • Ability to work independently and in a project-based environment


Nice to Have:


  • Experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules (especially Employee Central) or SAP HCM ECC 6.0

  • Knowledge of SAP Integration Center and SAP CPI

  • Experience in implementation projects
