The Technology Specialist is primarily focused on the implementation and support of Global Solutions as common business platforms in the Operating Companies (OpCo). The Technology Specialist supports the Business Process Owner in translating business requirements into solution design and participates in the technical development of common business platforms in the area of Legal affairs. The Technology Specialist is part of the Product Team, supporting the business on the common business platforms in Legal affairs like Ironclad, Persuit, Brightflag, OneTrust, DocuSign, EQS, EthixBase, iManage, Diligent Entities, etc and is the IT liaison with external support partners and various other HEINEKEN teams.Your responsibilities would include:
executing support model ensuring SLAs are met
ensuring proper user management of the platform
supporting test execution, test automation initiatives and test scripting
identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposing how to resolve these
ensuring the product design and implementation adheres to functional requirements, architecture and security standards
ensuring solution is aligned with Enterprise Data Model
delivering working product enhancements within the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire to a zero defect culture
supporting implementation and execution of IT controls
demonstrating product features during sprint reviews to stakeholders
ensuring consistency of the overall solution
working with business counterparts to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicate program and platform/application requirements
maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices, and evaluating them for applicability
keeping up with relevant developments in the functional domain, focusing on technical solutions and being, together with team members, end-to-end
responsible for delivering the value of the product through the entire product life cycle
being able to reduce complexity of the work to be done
coordinating work of third-party engineers, other related D&T global solutions teams and enablement teams to secure successful IT solutions delivery
working on development, support and monitoring of integrations with ERP and other systems where applicable.
You are a good candidate if you have:
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in a technology, engineering, business, or related discipline, with a focus on applying technology to solve business challenges
minimum of 5 years of experience in business/IT consulting, particularly in the management and maintenance of business platforms/applications ideally in the area of legal affairs like CLM (Ironclad and/or others), Persuit, Brightflag, OneTrust, DocuSign, EQS, EthixBase, iManage, Diligent Entities, etc
excellent communication skills; ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
analytically and quantitatively strong, highly structured
technical background with experience in one or more IT areas
being a team player and working effectively within the product team
ability to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and build consensus,
demonstrated leadership in driving changes to managed solutions, designing and implementing new solutions, and proposing innovative ideas to the business
strong analytical skills with a proven track record of leading process/system improvements and standardization projects
experience with leading cross-functional teams and third-party engineers in delivering successful IT solutions
demonstrated proactiveness, independence and logical thinking in solving complex issues
experience in test automation, data modelling, data analytics and IT controls implementation and execution seen as a plus.
