As a Global IT Auditor, you are part of Global Audit, a leading-edge audit function recognized in the industry for its innovative approach to complex topics. You’ll work along a diverse team of 50+ professionals, bringing different perspectives on our journey to remain best in class. Global Audit provides trusted assurance and relevant insights to HEINEKEN’s Executive Team, to strengthen HEINEKEN’s governance, internal control and risk management activities, thereby protecting HEINEKEN’s reputation, people and assets. 
This role aims to strengthen Global Audit’s digital capabilities by combining IT auditing with automation, low code development, and Generative / Agentic AI. 

 

This job is based in Krakow, Poland, and we believe hybrid ways of working bring flexibility to all our colleagues. A combination of working a few days from the office and/or remotely creates the space for more creativity, co-creation, mentoring and learning. 

Throughout the year, this role may require business travel of up to 10% of your time across locations all over the globe.

Your daily tasks may include:

  • IT Audit Delivery (20–40%)

    • supporting 2–3 audits per year as an IT auditor.

    • performing walkthroughs, ITGC testing, and automated checks.

    • supporting audits related to cybersecurity, data governance, emerging technologies, and related risks.

    • using analytics and automation to improve audit testing and insights.

  • Automation & Power Platform Development (PowerApps, Power Automate)

    • building and maintaining PowerApps used for planning, evaluations, learning, etc.

    • developing and/or enhancing flows for email triage, scheduling, reminders, surveys, tagging, and more.

    • integrating solutions across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and other HEINEKEN systems.

    • ensuring security, permissions, governance, and documentation are in place.

  • GenAI, Copilot Studio & Agentic Workflows

    • building and maintaining Copilot Studio bots/agents for audit documentation, information processing, summarization, and insights.

    • improving prompts, logic, and guardrails through continuous iteration.

    • applying Responsible AI principles and coordinating with HEINEKEN Digital & Technology professionals on AI governance.

    • identifying new GenAI opportunities and supporting adoption within audits.

  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement

    • identifying opportunities to automate repetitive audit tasks.

    • building prototypes (MVPs) and iterating based on user feedback.

    • promoting adoption of digital tools and acting as a digital ambassador within audit teams.

    • staying informed about trends in GenAI, automation, and digital auditing.


You are a good match if you:

  • have 2–5 years of experience, ideally with familiarity of HEINEKEN’s processes, systems, and organizational landscape

  • understanding of audit workflows, risk/control frameworks, and HEINEKEN ways of working

  • ability to translate audit needs into technical requirements

  • ability to produce clear documentation

  • knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) for low code / no code solutions

  • understanding of Power Platform governance, security roles, and connector limitations

  • proficiency in PowerApps development

  • proficiency in Power Automate (including Outlook/Teams integration)

  • experience building workflows in Microsoft Copilot Studio

  • experience with prompt engineering or LLM based workflow concepts (preferred)

  • SQL skills for simple queries and data operations

  • understanding of data privacy and access management principles when building automation

  • curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tech 

  • strong problem solving mindset and structured thinking

  • ability to communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.
