This professional is a team player who works with engineers, Technical Support Managers, internal and external support teams to troubleshoot technical issues for publishers. He/she loves sharing knowledge and can participate in team projects.
Roles and responsibilities
● Provide technical support via email and chat
● Troubleshoot and resolve ad serving, reporting and creative issues
● Provide guidance and consultative technical expertise to publisher customers
● Serve as point of contact for internal projects led by our escalation management team to improve client experience and operational effectiveness
● Escalate violations of client policies using internal tools
● Maintain a high level of quality in each case
● Achieve daily / weekly / quarterly productivity deliverables
Skills required
● C1 language level on German and English
● Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate complex topics simply to a non-technical audience
● Analytical skills, technically minded and highly detail oriented.
● Good knowledge in HTML and CSS, basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
● Willingness to work with hybrid (3 days office)

● College degree or relevant experience
● 1 year working experience (tech. support or any web development related role)
● Google products knowledge
