We are currently looking for candidates for the position:

Tagging Project Coordinator

Mode of operation: Remote. Possible to work on hybrid mode, office in Warsaw, Poland

Type of contract: contract (B2B by Hays Poland)

Working hours: European standard

Languages: Polish, English – both fluent

The purpose of this role is to support the operational execution and day-to-day coordination of tagging and cookie-related projects. The Project Manager will play a hands-on role in structuring tasks, aligning deliverables with priorities, and maintaining visibility across multiple workstreams. Strategic ownership, stakeholder alignment, and final delivery approval will remain the responsibility of the Tagging Management Lead, to whom this role will report. The Project Manager is expected to provide consistent support in maintaining project structure, tracking progress, and helping to streamline communications with technical teams and contributors.

Responsibilities:

·       Manage and track day-to-day activities using Jira, ensuring transparency and task clarity

·       Coordinate with external technical teams for implementation progress, timeline validation, and resolution of blockers

·       Maintain accurate documentation in Confluence, including status updates, technical references, and internal notes

·       Produce a weekly project status report, covering:

-        Progress on key deliverables

-        Identified risks or delays

-        Suggested next steps and escalations (as needed)

·       Support the internal lead with planning and prioritization based on incoming ad hoc requests

·       Attend all relevant project meetings and contribute to action follow-ups

·       Ensure timely responses to high-volume, fast-moving requests from multiple regions across Europe

Requirements:

·       Previous experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in technical environments, ideally working with developers or implementation specialists

·       Solid familiarity with web technologies, including a working understanding of: JavaScript fundamentals

·       Tag Management Systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, GTM, Tealium)

·       Cookie consent platforms and GDPR compliance

·       Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office suite

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

·       Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments
