Workday System Analyst (Financial modules)

For our client, international company of financial sector, we are looking for:

Workday System Analyst (Financial modules)

Employment at international company of financial sector

Warsaw (3 days per week in office)

Tasks:

• Act as a business application support partner for financial teams

• Provide clear and concise support for Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and Workday Cross-Functional configurations

• Manage and address support and change requests related to Workday (Global-Accounting, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Adaptive Planning)

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements of Workday configurations

• Execute ongoing system configuration changes

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

• Maintain and develop Workday documentation

• Partner with integration teams

• Lead support triage and resolution efforts

• Identify areas for training, best practices, and automation opportunities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Workday Financial Modules (hands-on experience in Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning configurations)

• At least 1 full-cycle Workday Financials or Adaptive Planning implementation

• Detailed knowledge of Workday Financials functional areas

• Strong understanding of Workday Security

• Hands-on experience with Workday add-on modules

• Experience in reporting

• Experience in gathering and managing requirements

• Fluent in English

• Nice to have: finance-related education or certification, experience in finance / accounting roles, knowledge of Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights
