QA Engineer

Warsaw, Hybrid (3 days from office)

Tasks:

• Design and execute automated/manual tests for internal application

• Work with dev and support teams to ship high-quality software on time.

• Build and maintain test plans (functional, regression, integration) and automation frameworks.

• Define testable acceptance criteria with stakeholders and document QA/process flows.

• Ensure all changes meet business, legal, and compliance requirements.

• Track QA capacity, velocity, and deliverables with the team lead.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in QA (test automation, software engineering, or business analysis).

• Knowledge of financial instruments across asset classes.

• Solid grasp of SDLC, test lifecycle, and testing methodologies.

• SQL, APIs, HTTP, and/or Kafka experience.

• Proficiency in Java, C# or Python.

• Strong communicator, detail-oriented, highest ethical standards.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of financial instruments across asset classes.
