Senior ServiceNow Developer (HAM Pro / SAM Pro)

We are looking for an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementations, who wants to work on the development and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro

• Configure and enhance CMDB, Discovery, and Agent Client Collector

• Develop and maintain custom solutions in ServiceNow using JavaScript

• Build and improve workflows and automations using Flow Designer

• Create integrations with external systems via Scripted REST APIs and IntegrationHub

• Develop and maintain:

  • Business Rules

  • Script Includes

  • Client Scripts

  • UI Policies

  • UI Actions

  • GlideRecord queries

• Optimize platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design effective solutions

• Ensure all developments follow ServiceNow best practices

🧠 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on commercial experience

• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform

• Proven hands-on experience with:

  • CMDB

  • HAM Pro

  • SAM Pro

  • Discovery

  • Agent Client Collector

• Participation in at least one full end-to-end ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementation (mandatory)

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript

• Experience building scripts and customizations within ServiceNow

• Knowledge of Flow Designer, REST APIs, and IntegrationHub

• Strong debugging and optimization skills

• Understanding of ServiceNow best practices

• Good communication skills in English
