Senior React Native Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mobile Developer (React Native) to lead the design, development, and delivery of highly scalable web and mobile applications. In this role, you will take ownership of the front-end architecture and play a critical part in migrating legacy workflows to a modern React + React Native + AWS ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Essential functions

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and TypeScript.

• Build and maintain robust front-end architecture.

• Manage the build and distribution of React Native apps on iOS and Android, using Expo EAS or native pipelines.

• Work closely with backend teams to integrate frontends with REST APIs, GraphQL, and AWS‑based services.

• Ensure high-quality engineering standards through testing, code reviews, clean architecture, and best practices.

• Monitor and optimize web and mobile application performance, reliability, and usability.

• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, actively participating in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

• Support the migration from legacy workflows to the new React + React Native + AWS ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in React and React Native development.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Proven experience with React Native app development and distribution on both iOS and Android (Expo EAS or native).

• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.

• Familiarity with AWS or cloud-based frontend deployments (S3, CloudFront, Lambda, API Gateway).

• Proficiency with GitHub and modern CI/CD workflows (in collaboration with the global DevOps team).

• Ability to work in Agile teams, participate actively, and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.

Would be a plus

• Basic experience with Node.js fundamentals (routing, API consumption, server-side logic).

• Basic understanding of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
