Appian developer

This project focuses on building the end-to-end client onboarding journey for account and wallet services on a global payment network's core platforms. It involves developing robust solutions for direct account and digital wallet functionalities, crucial for integrating new clients onto a leading financial technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate business analysis efforts for complex projects and product initiatives

• Define product roadmaps, feature sets, and release plans in collaboration with stakeholders

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams

• Conduct business analysis and user research to inform product decisions and improvements

• Estimate development efforts at a high level

• Decompose, plan large tasks or even whole initiatives

• Conduct and facilitate demos and presentations to achieve business needs

Min requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Appian development

• Proficient with Process Model designing, SAIL interface, Expression rules, CDT and SQL DB

• Experience with handling Appian on-premise instances and managing version upgrades

• Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically
