About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Scrum Master to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This hybrid role requires a strategic mindset to define product vision while also facilitating Agile processes to ensure smooth development cycles. If you have strong leadership skills, Agile expertise, and the ability to drive product success, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision to stakeholders and development teams.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product goals and initiatives.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
• Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine the product backlog.
• Ensure backlog items are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business leaders, and end-users.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure successful and timely product releases.
• Define release goals and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate product launches, ensuring go-to-market readiness.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide the team in following Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering team autonomy.
• Support the team in achieving sprint goals and ensuring focus on delivering value.
• Coach team members on Agile best practices and help the team adopt an iterative mindset.
• Identify and address bottlenecks to improve team velocity and efficiency.
• Address team conflicts constructively and facilitate problem-solving.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies."

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Proven track record of delivering complex software solutions with cross-functional teams
• Strong backlog management skills: backlog grooming, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Leadership and facilitation skills to lead sprint ceremonies and stakeholder meetings
• Proficiency in Agile tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English C1)
• Experience coaching teams and improving Agile maturity
