Technical Program Manager

Program Management:

• Deliver one-pagers, functional specifications, and collaborate with engineering on design and execution.

• Identify areas of improvement and drive key projects with collaboration with engineering.

• Develop and maintain platform documentation.

Technical Support:

• Subject matter expert handing cases logged by internal customers.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting before escalating to engineering.

• Oversee and manage support and related processes and reporting.

• Develop and maintain Troubleshooting Guides (TSGs).

Technical Expertise:

• Distributed systems and big data experience valued.

• Scripting and writing database queries experience valued.

• Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms.

• Hands-on experience in scripting and writing database queries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.

• Proven working experience in program management, technical support, and/or a technical domain.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
