Join a cross-functional development team building advanced software solutions for a global professional services organization (audit, tax, consulting, advisory).You’ll work as a core Python developer while collaborating on features that leverage modern AI frameworks and large language models.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend components.

• Integrate LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph into existing products.

• Work with structured data (SQL, CSV, Parquet) and ensure efficient data processing.

• Support the creation of multi-agent systems that interpret and transform data.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and AI specialists in an agile setup.

• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices.

  
  

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong experience in Python, ideally in backend or data-oriented development.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) or strong motivation to learn them.

• Familiarity with RAG, ReAct, or multi-agent concepts is a plus.

• Experience with SQL and structured data handling (CSV, Parquet).

• Solid understanding of API design, software architecture, and clean code principles.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in agile teams.

  
  

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to AutoGPT, BabyAGI, or other agentic frameworks.

• Experience integrating AI-powered components into production environments.

• Knowledge of data visualization or analytics tools.

• Prior experience in large-scale enterprise or consulting projects.
