Head of Product
Goelett is entering a new phase of transformation — building the central Product and Technology Hub for the S4BT Group. As part of this journey, we are redefining how product and engineering work together under one unified Product House and Value Stream framework.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Product who will co-lead this transformation in a two-in-a-box partnership with our Head of Development, shaping product strategy, portfolio priorities, and customer-driven execution across our European operations.
Work model: hybrid (3 days in the office + 2 days remote / weekly) – office located in Warsaw, PL.
Responsibilities
Define and execute Goelett’s product vision and strategy aligned with S4BT Group priorities.
Own portfolio management, prioritization, and go-to-market alignment across product lines.
Lead the evolution of the Product House and Value Stream framework.
Translate corporate strategy into clear product roadmaps, OKRs, and measurable outcomes.
Ensure strong alignment between product development, sales, finance, and market needs.
Partner closely with the Head of Development to integrate product management and engineering delivery.
Drive data-informed decision-making using KPIs, user insights, and financial performance metrics.
Foster a culture of customer focus, collaboration, accountability, and ownership across product teams.
Represent Goelett’s product vision internally within the S4BT executive community and externally when needed.
Requirements
10+ years of product leadership experience (preferably in SaaS, TravelTech, or Payments).
Proven track record of leading complex transformation programs in dynamic environments.
Strong understanding of agile, outcome-driven product management and value delivery.
Experience in scaling SaaS or B2B platforms and building high-performing cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple markets, cultures, and seniority levels.
Experience working in or with matrix organizations and multi-location setups.
Pragmatic decision-making, high ownership mindset, and excellent communication skills.
