Tech Lead

The role

We’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead who will guide our technical direction, inspire the team, and propose innovative solutions to our clients. If you enjoy having real influence on product strategy, making architectural decisions, and exploring the latest tools and technologies- this role is for you.

What you’ll do

• Set and maintain the technical direction for projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and innovation

• Support the development team with architectural guidance, code reviews, and best practices

• Proactively explore and implement new tools, frameworks, and approaches (including AI/LLM)

• Work across the stack (Python + React) to deliver solutions end-to-end

• Advise clients on possible technical solutions and innovations, translating business needs into technical strategies

• Ensure our solutions stay competitive and future-proof

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in fullstack development (Python + React)

• Proven experience in technical leadership or mentoring roles

• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and security

• Curiosity and passion for exploring emerging technologies (AI/LLM/CV experience a plus)

• Excellent communication skills, both with technical teams and business stakeholders

• Experience working with both frontend and backend systems

• Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish B2+, English B2+)
