We are seeking a dynamic Senior Solution Engineer to join our Client’s agile product development team. This hybrid role combines the strategic responsibilities of a Digital Product Owner, the facilitation expertise of a Scrum Master, and the analytical capabilities of a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical solutions and business requirements while ensuring seamless product delivery through agile methodologies.


Responsibilities:

·       Solution Engineering (40%):

Ø  Technical Solution Design: Analyse client business requirements and design tailored technical solutions that address specific customer needs using Microsoft Power Platform

Ø  Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and development teams, translating complex technical concepts into business value

Ø  Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical specifications and business objectives

Ø  Solution Presentation: Together with Tech Lead - lead technical demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing product capabilities and addressing technical inquiries

·       Digital Product Owner (30%):

Ø  Product Vision Management: Define and communicate digital products’ vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs

Ø  Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, including detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

Ø  Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary link between stakeholders and development teams, facilitating clear communication of requirements

Ø  Feature Prioritization: Make strategic decisions about feature development based on business value, user feedback, and market demands

·       Scrum Master (20%):

Ø  Agile Facilitation: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Ø  Team Coaching: Coach development teams on agile principles and practices, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement

Ø  Impediment Removal: Identify and remove obstacles that prevent the team from delivering value effectively

Ø  Process Optimization: Ensure adherence to agile methodologies while remaining flexible to team improvement opportunities

·       Business Analysis (10%):

Ø  Process Analysis: Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization

Ø  Data Analysis: Interpret business data to derive meaningful insights that inform product decisions

Ø  Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documentation and process models

Ø  Solution Validation: Participate in testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements.

 

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

·       3-5 years of experience in technical roles with client-facing responsibilities

·       2+ years of experience in agile product development or project management

·       Experience with business analysis and requirements gathering

·       Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and emerging technologies

·       Agile Methodologies: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred

·       Product Management Tools: Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms

·       Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for business insightsCore Competencies

·       Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with innovative thinking

·       Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

·       Leadership: Ability to facilitate teams and drive cross-functional collaboration
