ServiceNow HR Consultant

We are currently seeking a ServiceNow HR Consultant to join a key implementation project for a global client. The role focuses on delivering a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solution, supporting the design, configuration, and integration of the platform in alignment with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solution designs aligned with platform best practices

• Configure and implement ServiceNow modules, workflows, and automation, with a focus on HRSD and related capabilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies) and Flow Designer solutions

• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, data sources, and other integration mechanisms

Expectations:

• Minimum 4 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and HRSD modules

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and development, including flows, scripting, service catalog, and UI customization

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting components such as Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts

• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, Data Streams, and external data sources

• Understanding of ITIL processes
