ServiceNow Architect

About the Role: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions for our clients. In this role, you will drive the technical vision and ensure that the ServiceNow platform aligns with business objectives, scalability requirements, and best practices. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Define and drive the architectural vision for ServiceNow implementations. 
• Design scalable, efficient, and secure solutions across ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM). 
• Lead technical discussions and workshops with stakeholders to capture and refine requirements. 
• Provide oversight and technical guidance to development teams. 
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices, performance standards, and compliance requirements. 
• Develop and maintain integration strategies with third-party systems and applications. 
• Assess and recommend platform upgrades, new modules, and customizations. 
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and implementation plans. 
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for ServiceNow engagements. 
• Stay updated with ServiceNow platform advancements and industry trends. 

Qualifications: 

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. 
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and capabilities. 
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, etc.). 
• Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) and web technologies. 
• Experience with ITIL, Agile, and other relevant frameworks. 
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer). 
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations. 
• Knowledge of infrastructure and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
• Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks.
