We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team in a 100% remote position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development, strong understanding of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, and the ability to work in an Agile environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining custom solutions, ensuring best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, and DML operations.

• Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and participate in peer reviews.

• Debug and troubleshoot issues within Salesforce applications.

• Collaborate with team members in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Assist in QA testing efforts and mentor junior team members or interns.

• Work on deployments using tools such as Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, and SFDX CLI.

• Maintain version control using Git or Bitbucket.

Must-Have Requirements

• Salesforce Development:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.

  • Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

  • Experience with Apex, SOQL, DML, LWC, and Flows.

  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and basic integration concepts.

• Development Practices:

  • Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Ability to follow coding standards and participate in peer reviews.

• Certifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is mandatory.

• DevOps & Deployment Exposure:

  • Familiarity with Git or Bitbucket.

  • Basic understanding of deployment tools (Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, SFDX CLI).
