Facilitating Operations teams with change implementation through onboarding efficient technical solutions and testing support
Onboarding new clients into Operations functions
Providing business support for Operations functions
Close cooperation with various internal and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage new business onboarding projects across Operations
Develop detailed project plans, analyze effort, cost, and impact on various company businesses to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks
Build and manage an effective project team, ensuring accurate, timely, and responsible delivery of all agreed changes
Maintain all necessary project documentation and obtain all required client and internal approvals for the project
Collaborate with Business, Oversight, Relationship, and Product stakeholders to effectively deliver projects
Establish and continuously improve effective working relationships with clients by delivering high-quality service and maintaining effective communication
Drive improvement and competitive differentiation by proposing and implementing innovative solutions
Ensure implemented processes are compliant with local and global regulations
Support the delivery of high-quality service by the team
Escalate issues/potential issues appropriately and in a timely manner
Resolve project issues across multiple business areas
Assist colleagues and peers with production problems
Foster a positive and professional working environment
Conduct regular and ad hoc training for team members
Perform additional business-oriented tasks as requested by the manager
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Financial Services and 2 years in a Project Manager role
Strong understanding of Financial Operations, with knowledge of Fund Accounting and Performance reporting as an advantage
Knowledge of Aladdin application will be an advantage
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multitask, and handle time pressure
Attention to detail and self-motivation
Experience in project management, including creating plans, managing teams, and resolving issues
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients
Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
