SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant (OTC)

Contract: B2B (180–200 PLN/h + VAT)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA OTC Consultant to join an international transformation initiative. In this position, you will help guide deployment activities across multiple business areas, ensuring alignment with global standards while supporting local business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across cultures and leading coordination within complex program environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the rollout of SAP S/4HANA solutions across various functional teams.

• Serve as the go‑to contact between global project leadership and local stakeholders.

• Manage local requirements in line with project governance and ensure compliance with the global core model.

• Track project progress, deadlines, risks, and key deliverables.

• Lead and support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and contribute to high‑quality solution implementation.

• Deliver user documentation, training, and post‑go‑live support.

OTC/SD Functional Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Order-to-Cash processes, including order handling, delivery, billing, and system integrations with logistics and finance.

• Maintain and troubleshoot EDI/IDoc workflows (orders, statuses, invoices, shipment‑related documents, inbound/outbound data).

• Build and maintain pricing configurations, including condition techniques, taxes, surcharges, and discounts.

• Support export, customs, and compliance processes within the SD module.

• Configure processes for returns, credit notes, and customer refunds, ensuring alignment with billing flows.

• Manage contract setup and maintenance, including validity checks, call‑offs, and proper linkage with sales orders.

• Collect and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for developers.

Required Qualifications

• Solid SAP functional experience, ideally with hands‑on involvement in S/4HANA transformation programs.

• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

• Basic yet practical ABAP debugging skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.

Language Skills

• English: Required (fluent)

• German: Strong plus

• French: Advantageous
